  • Handful of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Mango Madness 

  • 1/3 oz cup frozen or fresh passion fruit OR ¾ cup 6 oz passion fruit juice
    (can sub pineapple chunks or juice)
  • Handful of frozen mangoes
  • 1 frozen orange or nectarine 
  • 3 to 4 frozen strawberries 
  • 1 cup milk of choice,OR water,OR vanilla nut milk 

Approximately 230 calories / 4 g protein/ 40 g sugar * when using almond milk and passion fruit juice

Peaches ‘n’ Cream (V)

  • ½ cup of frozen peaches
  • 1 large frozen banana 
  • ½ cup of canned coconut milk *or handful of coconut cubes
  • ½ cup of cold coconut milk

Green-ya Colada

  • 1 cup of  fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple 
  • 1 cup of  cold unsweetened coconut milk
