Countdown to Change is Back!

Spring 2019 brought us another successful Youfit Countdown to Change! Participants of the most recent weight loss challenge beat their excuses and worked hard to become healthier versions of themselves – and it paid off!

Philosopher and diplomat Wilhelm Von Humboldt once said “True enjoyment comes from the activity of the mind and exercise of the body; the two are ever united.” Sounds like he would’ve been a big fan of the Countdown to Change!

If you’re not familiar with the Countdown to Change, here’s the short version: The Countdown to Change is a YouCoach personal training-led program designed to help you form good habits and lose weight the healthy way – all while engaging in some friendly competition with fellow Youfit members. As such, this is an exclusive challenge for Youfit members to join at an affordable cost. Participants receive several tips, recipesand support in their fitness journey, leading to better health. And we can’t forget the awesome prizes and incentives for participants along the way!

Lucky you, because you’re just in time to join the Fall Countdown to Change challenge and finally achieve that change you’ve been talking and dreaming about. The latest edition kicks off on September 9 and runs through November 1. Any Youfit member 18 or older is eligible and we promise it will be worthwhile.  For the low cost of $35, you can expect:

  • Unlimited boot camp classes led by YouCoaches (valued at over $900)
