As you may have heard or seen at your club, the Countdown to Change has officially begun! The Challenge will go on from now until April 30th.
Thank YOU to all those who signed up. You will start receiving exclusive weekly emails with tips, recipes, blog posts, and encouragement! We hope your Challenge is off to an amazing start so far!
For those of you who haven’t signed up yet, it’s not too late! We are still signing up members at the front desk. As a reminder, this is a special challenge for just YOU our members! You can still take advantage of our boot camp classes led by our certified YouCoach personal trainers. But don’t wait too long! We are offering 30 boot camp classes per location.
Now let’s talk about reaching some of your goals for this 2 month Challenge! It is no secret that Youfit offers personal training and group exercise classes to provide you with the support you need to reach your fitness goals. What you might not have considered is that these tools can be utilized during your end goal for Countdown to Change.
To make your Countdown to Change trek a little bit easier, we are offering unlimited, free YouGX classes to ALL Countdown to Change participants as well as access to YouCoach personal trainers for tips, motivation, and advice for achieving your goals.
Find a plan that works
So, how can YouGX and YouCoach support help you reach your fitness goals quicker? What’s great about having an experienced and certified personal trainer is that they will provide you with useful knowledge relevant to your fitness goals. They know what works best, and what doesn’t. Working with a YouCoach is recommended when just starting out on your fitness journey so you know how to exercise in good form. This also goes for YouGX classes, where the instructors know how to exercise effectively and use proper form.
Meet new people to workout with
You will also meet new people to workout with! Building a strong support system is one of the most effective ways to reach your fitness goals. When you take a YouGX class at Youfit, you are giving yourself the opportunity to meet others who share similar fitness goals and can help you in your own journey. What could be better than that? It’s also another way to hold yourself accountable.
Switch it up!
This Challenge will also provide you ways to switch up your workout routine and see what works best for you. Working with a YouCoach trainer and having workout buddies will give your insights on what feels comfortable for you. Switching up your routine can be exciting and help you get the results you want!
