It’s back! It’s the most wonderful time of the year, Youfitters – the Countdown to Change. The latest edition kicks off on March 4, 2019, and runs through April 26. That’s 53 days in all. 53 chances to workout hard, eat well, and to finally achieve that change you’ve been talking and dreaming about.
If you’re not familiar with the Countdown to Change, well, here’s the short version: The Countdown to Change is a YouCoach led program designed to help you form good habits and lose weight the healthy way. This is an exclusive challenge for Youfit members. Participants receive guidance and support in their fitness journey, leading to better heart health and general wellness. And there are great prizes and incentives all along the way!
Anyone 18 and up who’s a member is eligible, and we’re also going to offer discounts for signing up with a friend (hello there, accountability).
