For you juice-loving Change Makers out there, we have a treat (or five) for you. Juicing, as long as you keep the fruit whole by blending and not pressing it) is an easy way to get your daily serving of fruits and vegetables without the meal prep. Whip out that blender and try one of these recipes today.
For each of the following recipes, add the listed ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on “high”. Start with approximately 2 cups of ice/water and add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency. Place juices in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 5 days. Makes 2-4 servings.
