Monitoring Your Progress for Countdown to Change

Congratulations on making a commitment to improving your health and signing up for the Countdown to Change! The 60 day program will not always be easy, but in the end, when you are slimmer and healthier, you will realize it was worth it! Each week, you will receive an email with tips that will help you get the most out of your Countdown to Change experience.

To help you get off to a strong start, here are three easy ways to track your progress during Countdown to Change:



When pursuing a long term goal, it is important to break your effort into smaller goals as well. Tracking your weekly or  day-to-day progress allows you to have self-awareness about whether you are on track or need to make some tweaks (or, alternately, if you need to cut yourself some slack and throw in a rest day).

To be eligible for Countdown to Change prizes, you must check in with your YouCoach on three separate occasions: initial, midway and final. During these designated check-ins, your YouCoach will measure and record your weight as well as heart rate. You will also have your picture taken. Hitting these milestones along the way will keep your progress consistent and will ensure you reach your overall goal of being slimmer and healthier in just 60 days.

Countdown to Change Portal

The Countdown to Change portal is an invaluable tool for monitoring your progress throughout the challenge. This is where all of your check-in data will be stored, including pictures, current weight, goal weight and heart rate. Your progress is organized on an easy-to-use chart, allowing you to see where you are relative to your goals. The portal will also calculate your weight-loss percentage so that you don’t have to do the extra work.

Youfit App

One great feature of the Youfit Health Clubs app that is sure to come in handy for Countdown to Change is the ability to record your workouts. You can track what workout you did and how many calories you burned in the process. You can also turn the Youfit app into an activity tracking device by connecting your favorite fitness apps like MyFitnessPal or Fitbit.
