The great British army officer, writer and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom knew a thing or two about how good it is – and how good it feels – to give something away. And we can’t think of a better time to celebrate the spirit of human generosity than on a day dedicated to it – National Give Something Away Day, on July 15th.

Sure, Churchill may not have been a Youfit member in his day, but with a good-natured giving attitude like his, we’ve got to think he’d be a great fit at one of our locations. We think there’s a lot to be said about an attitude that puts the needs and wants of others ahead of our own.
