Healthy Hearts Week YouGX Facts


Your adult heart beats around 100,000 times a day, with at least one beat per second. With all that heavy lifting, it’s imperative that your heart is fully functioning at optimal health.

Lucky for you, your Youfit membership is a fantastic first step for maintaining heart health. And what better way to train your heart than along with some of your gym buddies!

In light of Heart Health Month, we are opening our YouGX classes open to the public for free workouts, so everyone can enjoy the benefits these classes provide for your heart. Our YouGX classes are unique with each providing different benefit for your heart. Yoga Heart Fact:
