1 cup frozen dark cherries
1 frozen banana
½ cup Spinach
1 tbsp. of Cashew
1 tbsp. ground flax
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. cacao nibs or dark cocoa powder
1.5 cups Almond or Hemp Milk
