It’s Countdown to Change season, which means our members will be undergoing amazing transformations, in their bodies, and also their lifestyles.
Shannon Rollins, the female winner at Youfit North Pompano, had great success with last year’s 60 Day Challenge. Starting with an initial weight of 203 pounds, Shannon was able to achieve a total weight loss percentage of 9.36%.
Her regime was as follows: YouCoach personal training 3 times per week, GX classes 2- 3 times per week, in-gym strength training 5 times a week and cardio 3- 4 times a week. Shannon’s diet also underwent some changes, as she made a habit of preparing her own food, packing lunches for work, and keeping snacks on hand to avoid hunger. Last, but maybe the most important step, she drank water all day, every day, and got plenty of sleep.
Shannon is now employed on staff at Youfit South Pompano.
