It's easy to fall into the routine of eating the same foods every day and putting your taste buds to sleep. If you ever find yourself in a culinary rut spices are your savior. Take your protein or veggies and zest it up with Paprika, spice it with stone ground mustard, douse up the hot sauce or give it a hearty feel with whole cloves of garlic. Your taste buds will love it and so will your waistline since all these spices are virtually calories free!
FALL FOR NEW GEAR
Who doesn’t love new workout gear? If you’re feeling unmotivated to hit the gym, pick up a bright new tank top or some comfy new shorts. With all the work you put in over the summer, maybe you can pick up a smaller size. That should be motivation enough to keep you on track through the fall.
