Why Interval Training?

Benefits

The program is designed as a total fitness solution for both the beginner/intermediate members and as a compliment to an existing trainer’s program.

The Class

Participants will go through a 5-station circuit and guided practice to achieve a full body workout that includes a warmup and cool down. In either 30- or 50-minutes formats, members will go through our signature training that will get them feeling the workout the next day.
